NOT VERY ACCURATE!!!

According to the info given, I had four (4) minutes before the bus would arrive.

Alas I was just crossing the street to the bus stop when the bus, due in four minutes arrived early than expected.

I just missed my bus!

Darn!

Thus has happened before.

Why the in accuracy?
