This is the most unreliable app I have ever seen says bus comes in 4 min then stays on 4 min for 10 PLZ do not use this app if you have somewhere to be completely inaccurate

Loses my saved stops constantly, and sometimes my saved stops wont even show up on the saved list. Predictions are usually right, but a decent job transit app should give accurate times 100% of the time because thats the entire point for the app. Cant tell you how many times I have missed buses and been late for work or other things directly because of this app. I have been stuck walking home or needing a taxi because this apps last bus of the night predictions were incorrect and all over the place - bus times kept jumping around for literally an hour and the bus never showed. I simply cannot rely on this app. I will be deleting it for good and looking for something else.

This app is highly inaccurate and there are free apps that do the exact same thing. Ive also tried to email through the app to point out flaws and have yet to relieve anything in return. So its safe to say the producers of this app do not look at it anymore.

This is the best bus app BY FAR! There are only two issues, one is a bug that deletes stops. The other is its missing a feature to edit the order of bus stops. So I took on star off for that.

Rarely it is totally off but usually the 39 predictions are right on!

Nice clean interface all gone now. Half of screen real estate taken up by route name and other CLUTTER at top of page. Am so hating this app now.

It constantly states no buses are coming/there are no predictions when its the middle of the day and buses are certainly. It will say a bus comes in 14 minutes then refreshes a minute later and suddenly that same bus is coming in two minutes or disappears.

Used to be great for Boston bus lines. Lately though all "predictions" are based on schedules, no more real-time updates. I use City Mapper now, which works and is free.

Not sure why so many bad reviews or what makes the difference, but this app is always reliable for me. I rely on it daily getting around Boston and Cambridge.

This app doesnt even show any predictions. Terrible!!!!! Wishing I could have given it 1/1,000,000 of a star.
